Need more help than a one-time class can provide? We can't say enough good about this program! This is how it works:

- Your trainer will work out WITH you, bringing a different cardio and strength training routine each time she comes.We apologize in advance--you WILL be sore the first week!
- She will monitor your diet using an on-line program. She will encourage better eating habits (ie--"I haven't seen many veggies this week!") and hold you accountable for making better food choices. She will also help you to NOT beat yourself up when you fall off the wagon a time or two (or twelve).
- She will leave a printed exercise program for you to follow on the days she won't be there.
- Just like your hairdresser, your personal trainer will get to know you well. Our clients love the chat therapy sessions that go on during the training sessions!
- Blow the dust off your treadmill--it's time to get fabulously fit.
- Fitness packages are available in either a once-a-week or twice-a-week format. Packages start at $133/month.
